SHIPPING & DELIVERY

PROCESSING

Each of our products are made to order and require 7-10 working days before they are dispatched. During peak production periods there may be an additional 3-5 day processing time which is determined by supplier capacity.

DELIVERIES

Most of our deliveries are made by door to door courier and take up to 3-5 working days from dispatch. Charges are calculated using your physical location determined by postcode; and are weight and volume dependent.

Other options include Postnet to Postnet: R100 for parcels up to 5kg.

Orders over R800 qualify for free shipping.

Our deliveries take place between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please ensure you provide an address where someone is available to sign for the delivery during these hours. We recommend the Postnet to Postnet service if you wish to collect outside of our regular delivery hours.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a collection service at this time.
