Should you NOT get a reply we regretfully may be too busy with our current designs & system orders.

FLaVR endeavours to be an online service for personalised stationery & gifts however we definitely don’t wish to limit our offer to individuals and families.

We will consider all corporate orders on merit and we are able to include corporate logos onto our products with relative ease.

We will not begin processing your order until full payment reflects in our bank account. Orders are then processed and shipped within 10-15 working days of payment being reflected; dependent upon the quantity ordered and the time of year that your order was placed. Peak season may result in a delay of 3-5 days due to supplier capacity constraints so please include this in your planning prior to placing your order.

Unfortunately, we only supply South Africa at present. Please note that all prices are quoted in ZAR.

Please provide us with an address where someone is available to sign for deliveries between 8am & 5pm, Monday to Friday. Work addresses might be more convenient however the Postnet to Postnet parcel service is recommended for customers who are not home during our weekday courier hours.

You may cancel your order at any point before payment is made. Unfortunately, once payment has been made we are unable to cancel orders.

We do not accept any returns for Personalised Products unless there has been a printing or spelling error made by FLaVR. Please ensure you triple check your spelling, grammar and dates before submitting your order.  If you are not completely satisfied with your Non-Personalised Product purchase, you may return it to us in the original packaging, unopened, within 14 days of receipt. Regretfully, all postage will be at your own expense.

Regretfully we do not offer a collection service at this time.
